1,000 Sign-on Bonus After Successfully Completing 90 Days NO WEEKENDS $600 Monthly Bonus Guarantee while on Training Ramp Up Plan (approximately first 6-12 months) After Training Ramp Up Our Average Collectors earn between $1,200-$2,400 in monthly bonuses Our High Performing Collectors earn between $3,000-$6,000 in monthly bonuses Summary : Messerli Kramer is currently seeking a motivated and goal oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Collector to join our team in our Plymouth office. This position will recover outstanding debts on client accounts by creating a positive consumer experience while negotiating to satisfy the debt quickly and responsibly.
