Entry Level Customer Success Specialist - Boston, MA
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer support to approximately 50-70 automotive dealerships in a defined area. Functioning as a consultant, you will ensure that our customers are using the software they purchased to its full potential. You will provide both on-site and video conference support to customers, with roughly 80% of the time on-site and 20% via video conference.
Customer Success Specialists work from a home office and will be provided a company car, cell phone, and tablet.
TRAINING :
Paid Training! The nature of the position requires you to successfully complete an intensive training program. Training will consist of classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses where you will receive in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge. Additionally, you will be paired with mentors across the country to apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI / DUI / DWI violations in the last five years
- Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during training (approximately 6 months). After training, must travel approximately 25% of the month.
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
