Position Summary
Supports the restaurant operations by preparing food, serving guests, and cashiering as business needs dictate.Responsible for training students at multiple stations and ensuring proper food safety standards are maintained.

- Knowledge of proper food handling and storage procedures
- Ability to organize and work in high paced environment
- ServSafe Certification must be completed within 12 months of hire Special Working Conditions Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be mentally and physically able to perform all essential job functions which require walking, standing, pushing, pulling and lifting.
This position is essential; employees providing essential services must report to work as scheduled by their supervisor in the event of an emergency closing or delay.
Driving Requirements N / A Essential Employee Essential - Emergency Only Primary Duties 1. Follow proper food handling procedures and keep work area clean and sanitized
2. Pre-prepare food items and support kitchen production
3. Prepare raw ingredients for production of recipes
4. Wrap and label all food items with content and date and store properly
5. Rotate and utilize all food products efficiently to maintain optimum quality
6. Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors regarding food production
7. Understand the use and care of all equipment and report failures to Management
8. Maintain consistent and accurate documentation using Quality Control and HACCP reporting tools
9. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
