Messick & Gray Inc. has been in business since 1963, supplying design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and repair services primarily to the Feed and Grain Industry. Other industries served are chemical, pharmaceutical, and any company that needs material storage and / or conveyance equipment.
A successful Project Engineer must be proficient in the use of Autocad to design systems, components of systems such as conveyors, walkways, stairs, etc. Mechanical knowledge of conveyors, elevators, spouting, and silos is preferred.
Project Engineers will also travel to view customers' sites and overall design needs during the initial design stage and during the installation stage to modify and / or determine required designs.
Project Engineers will also interface with fabrication shop personnel to resolve any manufacturing related questions as they develop.
