Parts Counter Salesman

Do you enjoy serving customers and have an interest in agriculture, construction and lawn & garden equipment? If so and you have any current or prior parts sales experience then apply today! We are looking for a friendly and personable customer service oriented candidate to join our team at our store in Carlisle, PA.

Responsibilities

• Serve customer parts needs over the phone or by email.

• Provide e-mail assistance to customer requests

• Research part availability options from various manufacturers

• Provide parts order follow-up assistance

Requirements

• Requires computer experience

• Good written & verbal communication skills

• Customer-focused

• Organized and highly motivated

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team-oriented atmosphere preferred

• Agricultural or construction experience

• Mechanical experience

• Prior parts and/or customer service experience
