Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Research and source parts from various manufacturers.
- Process and follow up on parts orders.
- Provide timely and professional email assistance to customer requests.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with computers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Background in agriculture or construction is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial.
- Prior experience in parts sales and/or customer service preferred.
