Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Messina & Associates Real Estate | 1512 E. Superior St, Duluth, MN 55812
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team and ensure smooth office operations. This full-time role involves a variety of tasks, from client interaction and agent support to general office management and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Welcome clients to the office and manage phone communications.
- Real Estate Agent Support: Assist Realtors with scheduling, paperwork, marketing materials, and client contact.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle mail, filing, maintaining office supplies/forms, and processing real estate contracts.
- Social Media: Manage the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, interacting with the audience, and ensuring platforms remain up-to-date and aligned with the brand’s voice.
Minimum Requirements:
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and face-to-face.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office management practices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Outgoing, personable, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
- $18.00-22.00 per hour. Commensurate with experience
