General Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests accurately and promptly.
- Deliver orders to tables, ensuring correct presentation and adhering to quality standards.
- Offer suggestions and provide recommendations on food and beverage choices.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and ingredients to address guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Monitor guests' dining experiences, anticipating needs, and promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and maintain a positive working environment.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food items.
- Follow established opening and closing procedures to ensure a well-prepared and secure work environment.

Job Qualifications
Experience/Knowledge:
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and cash-handling procedures preferred.
Skills/Aptitude:
