DUTIES
- Responsible for the analysis of Soil and Groundwater using standard EPA methods (VOC & SVOC) with high proficiency utilizing ICPMS
- Metals ICP-MS SW-846 6020 and EPA 200.8
- Functional knowledge and use of Agilent MassHunter
- Participate in the daily operation of the Environmental Soil Laboratory
- Analytical Testing & Data Review
- GCMS Instrument Calibration & Basic Maintenance
- Bench chemistry & UV testing using Standard Methods & ASTM
- Adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and project objectives
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher, 24 credit hours of chemistry required
· 3 years of direct laboratory experience; environmental preferred
· Proficiency in Agilent MassHunter & MS Office Required
· EPA Methods using Agilent MassHunter
· Time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and strong teamwork
· Comfortable working in lab and office settings
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
