Position : Commercial Roofing Estimator

We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to support the Central Illinois area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Business Development : Identify and connect with potential commercial business clients, generating quality leads to drive growth. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships.
- Project Assessment : Conducting thorough assessments of roofing projects to understand the scope of work, including the size of the roof, existing conditions, and any specific requirements or challenges.
- Cost Estimation : Using specialized software and tools to calculate material quantities, labor costs, equipment expenses, and overheads to prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing projects.
- Material Selection : Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to select appropriate roofing materials based on project specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Bid Preparation : Preparing comprehensive bids and proposals that outline the estimated costs, project timelines, and other relevant details for submission to potential clients or stakeholders.
- Communication : Effectively communicating with project managers, clients, architects, and other team members to ensure clarity regarding project requirements and cost-related information.
- Regulatory Compliance : Staying updated with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure that all estimates and proposals adhere to legal requirements.
- Documentation : Maintaining detailed records of estimates, contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation for reference and audit purposes.
