We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring a motivated Sales Representative to support the St. Louis, and Southern Illinois areas.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Perform roof and siding inspections for homeowners
- Identify and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property inspections to assess storm-related damage.
- Educate homeowners and business owners on the insurance claims process and roofing restoration services.
- Assist clients with filing insurance claims and work closely with adjusters to ensure proper coverage.
- Provide accurate and competitive estimates for roofing services.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claims preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to climb roofs and perform physical inspections.
- Basic knowledge of construction and insurance claims is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
