Roofing Sales Representative

Position: Sales Representative

With more than 5000 residential roofs installed over 40 years, we have an unbeatable reputation for satisfying our customers. We pride ourselves on the highest quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We need you to help grow and continue our legacy of success. We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring a motivated salesman to support the Peoria, Illinois area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Routine business development activities
• Generate residential and commercial leads
• Engage with prospects who have requested estimates
• Perform roof inspections using ladder
• Assess prospects' needs
• Develop scope of work
• Produce accurate cost estimate
• Deliver proposal to customer same day if possible
• Coordinate with inside sales to close more deals!
• Enter/Maintain customer information in the company CRM
• Work from field and report to local office
• Build new and maintain existing relationships with our residential and commercial customers.
• Your responsibility is to sell the job and our superintendent produces the job.
• Follow up with customer after job is complete and ask for referral!

Qualifications

• Computer literate and able to learn new software programs
• Must have construction math skills
• Physically able to climb a ladder
• Motivated and energized
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in roofing & project management is a plus!
• Able to run multiple leads per day and generate proposals
