Scope of Position:
Perform a wide variety of tasks for various product lines by using a limited number of machines. The Machine Operator must only operate the machine, and is not responsible for set-up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List what the person must do to perform the job to meet standards.
- Works from established routines and procedures, written and verbal orders and instructions
- Operates machines such as, but not limited to, Spot Welders, Punch Presses, and Press Brakes
- Completes duties, which involve simple repetitive operations, as needed
- Works under detailed instruction and direction
- May have to assist in moving materials when needed
- Performs other similar or related duties as required
