The Dual Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of two (2) retail stores. Accountable for delivering sales plan through effective management and delegation of store and operational tasks in both locations.

Qualifications
Managers/Assistant Managers Store Managers are expected to work on delivery days and banking days; During their Physical Inventory; A minimum of one Sunday shift per month; A minimum one weekday night closing shift per week. Managers and assistant managers must work every Friday and Saturday. One of these shifts must be a closing shift. Management may be scheduled off on (1) Friday and (1) Saturday per month. They do not need to be consecutive days. Opposite shifts from the assistant manager, if applicable. Any exceptions to the above must be approved in advance by the District Manager. Time off requests for vacation and two or more consecutive days off require District Manager approval. The blackout period for any vacations is December, January, February, and any special sales months to be selected.

Essential Functions
- Recruit, motivate, mentor, and train a high performing team.
- Coach, develop and provide timely feedback to maximize the selling potential of all associates.
- Maximize scheduling effectiveness to impact sales results.
- Set clear expectations for performance of all associates.
- Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store.
- Make good, fact-based decisions that keep the store's product assortment full and tailored to store needs.
- Execute and enable visual standards to optimize business.
- Create and maintain a store environment that is laser focused on delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Lead consistent focus on delivering an engaging customer experience.
- Implement company selling strategies.
- Oversee and direct all inventory management activities.
- Supervise and manage all controllable expenses.
- Perform opening and closing routines of store, up to and including execution of bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
- Manage and react to all maintenance issues.
- Maintain all policies and procedures.
- Incorporate loss prevention best practices into all daily operations.

Qualifications
- Sincere desire to work with a diverse customer, selling adult novelties and apparel.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit high energy level.
- Strong business acumen; including retail math and P&L responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid Driver's License.

- 3 years with Retail experience as a Retail Store Manager or a combination of Store/Area/District Manager experience is acceptable.
