Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our waterjet machines and supporting equipment through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial machinery, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on waterjet cutting machines, pumps, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and replace high-wear components such as seals, nozzles, and high-pressure lines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Document maintenance activities and track equipment performance.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of new equipment.
- Collaborate with machine operators and production staff to resolve technical issues.
- Source and manage inventory for spare parts and consumables.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in industrial equipment maintenance, preferably with waterjet or CNC machinery.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with high-pressure pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
