Lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of AI programs to achieve strategic goals and milestones, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts.
Build strategic capabilities (e.g., data-driven processes, frameworks, analytical tools) to identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate AI product development cycles.
Collaborate closely with AI research, engineering, and product teams to align program objectives with broader organizational goals.
Proactively identify program risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly.
Guide the work of onsite and offshore workers to complete data annotation projects.

8 years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with urgency

116,000 / year to $168,000 / year bonus equity benefits
