Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Digital Strategy:
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and target audiences.
• Assist in developing and managing media planning for digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand positioning.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) to assist with marketing assets (optional but welcome).
Sales & Performance Analysis:
• Analyze sales data, lead conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide data-driven insights for lead generation and client engagement.
Campaign Management & Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing real estate launch events, open houses, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies, media buyers, and partners.
• Optimize content strategy for real estate listings, social media, and email campaigns.
