Summary : Communication Foundation Media organization with Meta provides core Audio, Video, Networking technologies powering both Calling and Messaging use cases for 3B users across the Family of Apps, GenAI and Reality Lab products. This team powers camera and audio capture, rendering and fun effects (such as background blur, filters, AR effects) across the family of apps with Millions in daily active users. Our goal is to build and bring an industry leading Media capture / processing / rendering system across our Family of Apps across multiple surfaces (Reels, Stories, Calling etc).Required Skills : Software Engineering Manager, Media (Video / Audio) Responsibilities : Manage Video and Audio software engineers and help them develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work stylesCommunicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional hardware and software engineering teams.
