Job Title: ARIBA Invoicing & Payment Solution Consultant
This is a remote position with occasional travel to the USA East Coast or Central region.
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement, and optimize Ariba solutions for procurement and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Ariba solutions, including Ariba SCC, Ariba SLP, and Ariba Procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Ariba solutions with SAP ERP and other third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba invoicing and payment processes.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Ariba configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest Ariba features and functionalities to recommend process improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Ariba solutions, as well as knowledge of Ariba integration with SAP ERP or other systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement and invoicing processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ariba certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement).
- Experience with Ariba Network and Supplier Collaboration.
- Knowledge of cloud-based procurement solutions and best practices.
