Job Description:
As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will secure commercial roofing projects, manage client relationships, and ensure all deals align with our brand integrity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Securing Roofing Projects: This role involves the strategic identification and acquisition of commercial roofing contracts, with a focus on generating qualified leads, submitting competitive bids, and successfully closing deals. Responsibilities include negotiating project pricing to ensure compliance
Price Management: Maintain a minimum quote per sqft.
XACTIMATE Software: Experience preferred; training available.
Client Follow-Up: Mandatory follow-up with clients via their preferred contact method with supreme customer service.
Quota & Bonuses:
- Bonuses: specified amount for 5 roofs, specified amount for 8 roofs, specified amount for 10 roofs (retroactive benefits).
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Proven success in commercial roofing sales or similar fields.
XACTIMATE Software: Familiarity or willingness to learn.
Customer Service: Strong communication and follow-up skills.
