What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Paralegal position at Meta?
Meta seeks an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal department's securities and disclosures team. Reporting to the Director and Associate General Counsel, you will work proactively with cross-functional partners across the organization, including legal, finance and executive operations.
Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of SEC and other corporate regulatory filings, including reports on Forms 10-K / Q and proxy statements
- Coordinate Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 trading plan review
- Assist with internal policy compliance processes, including for insider trading policies
- Maintain and organize corporate records
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and enhance internal processes
- Provide project management and cross-functional coordination for special projects
