Summary : Meta’s People Data Solutions team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to provide technical solutions for the People Analytics data ecosystems within HR Tech.You’ll be responsible for developing data products such as statistical models and forecasts, complex queries, and Tableau dashboards. You will also play a consultative role where you will guide partners and stakeholders in defining metrics, interpreting data visualizations, and interpreting results of analysis. You will also be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of existing products, which may require deep dive analysis to validate data quality, integrity, and accuracy of enterprise data solutions.As with any role with Meta, flexibility as we adopt changes as the business needs to transform.To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for data, experience managing multiple projects concurrently, and enjoy a fast-moving organization.
