What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deal Desk Program Manager position at Meta?
We are seeking an experienced program manager to join our Monetization Incentives team. For Monetization Incentives, our mission is to translate Meta priorities into impactful growth programs that drive optimal performance for Clients, Agencies and Partners and incremental revenue for Meta. As the Deal Desk Program Manager, your role is to lead and execute discounting principles and processes for clients for priority solutions that have an Enterprise sales motion and have organization-wide and/or company-wide impact. You will design and support discount processes targeted at accelerating the growth of business messaging revenue in the short term and any solution with enterprise sales motion longer term. As a Program Manager, you will work across several teams from Sales, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional groups to standardize and simplify the Quote-to-Cash process, enabling emerging deal initiatives to scale sustainably into fully functional programs.

Deal Desk Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Design, support, and operationalize discount processes for Business Messaging.
- Ensure discounted deals are tracked and measured consistently and conduct ongoing reviews to ensure guardrails, processes and roles are updated if required.
- Ensure that processes are followed for standard and non-standard discounts and organize deal review forums for non-standard requests
- Partner with internal Tools and Systems teams to influence and lead the investment in tools and infrastructure to support these programs.
- Own all logistics, coordination, and facilitation for regular team meetings, documenting and presenting summaries of internal project work to Partnerships leadership.
- Achieve balance between the growth objectives of our Product and Partnerships teams, and the operational requirements of our Legal and Finance partners.
- Predict roadblocks and obstacles and prioritize competing needs with reasoning and to find solutions, while proactively raising issues for the team before they become a problem.
- Develop and track project plans, metrics of success, and communication plans for all initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of proven deal desk experience in an Business-to-Business enterprise Software as a Service / Cloud Computing / Artificial Intelligence environment
- Experience in designing and managing revenue generating programs and commercial incentives
- Experience in understanding and communicating legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risk across any business function and type.
- Analytical experience using complex datasets strategically to create improvements, provide practical business insights and persuade others
- Extensive experience in structuring and maintaining complex relationships with internal teams and operate effectively at all levels of an organization – from VP level to individual contributors
- Demonstrated experience as a leader of change, achieving operational rigor through establishing cross-functional relationships in a highly environment
- Extensive experience with communication, organization, and working on multiple projects
- Understanding of the commercial, legal, and operational requirements of executing discount pricing and business development deals within enterprise software / cloud / AI for enterprise industries
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in being a member of globally operating organizations within a matrix structure
- Experience in business development, negotiation and structuring contracts or business agreements
