Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive compliance test plans by reading and interpreting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to compile critical factors that affect device certification.
- Provide quick and concise compliance guidance to cross-functional teams based on solid and relevant compliance knowledge, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to root cause compliance issues and help find solutions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on product development.
- Connect all cross-functional decisions and provide input based on regulations to cross-functional partners, enabling them to evaluate options allowed by regulatory agencies.
- Drive third-party test lab to execute testing, review reports and compile certification filing package and achieve product certification to smooth market access.
- Maintain sustaining programs and ensure products continue to meet regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle.

Compensation
102,000 / year to $164,000 / year bonus equity benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
