Manager, Technical Program Management Responsibilities :
- Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators, and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish roadmap and long-term strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment.
- Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes.
- Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Perform risk identification and management for programs.
- Provide day-to-day coordination for projects and tasks.
- Help drive process and communications improvements across multiple teams and functions both internal and external.
Minimum Qualifications :
Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related position.
