GenAI Content is a horizontal function supporting initiatives across the broader GenAI Org and is seeking an experienced content manager to join the team. GenAI Content supports products through quality control, prompt engineering, fine tuning, and creative execution. The team is comprised of content experts with diverse backgrounds in journalism, social media, creative storytelling, writing, editing, linguistics, visual arts, film & TV production, STEM, and more. Content Managers partner closely with technical teams to prompt engineer, build, and ship products from lab to production, across different languages, modalities, and mediums.
The ideal candidate will have strong editorial judgment and a keen eye for crafting thorough, nuanced, and objective guidelines that establish and measure content quality. They will be capable of defining a fully fleshed-out annotation strategy from nebulous data specifications, in partnership with research scientists. They will understand how to run global programs, including how to adapt strategies for different markets. They will also have editing and fact-checking skills to fine-tune foundational models and language expertise to assess and improve model output. Finally, they will understand how to apply their expertise at scale, including via the use of prompt engineering for synthetic data generation, while exhibiting strategic product thinking to put user needs at the forefront of our work.

Compensation : $129,000 / year to $187,000 / year bonus equity benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
