Our Data Centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure efficiently operates to deliver our innovative products. The Data Center Business Operations team is seeking a technically minded Business Operations Strategy Manager to support the Cost and Schedule programs for the global data center organization. In this role, you will be expected to help define the strategy and direction for key business processes, analytics and tooling while prioritizing across competing projects. You will play a key role in shaping and executing programmatic strategies while serving as a strategic partner across Data Center Construction, Operations, Engineering, and various other Infrastructure teams.
Operations Strategy Manager Responsibilities
- Help shape program strategy and vision, establish shared goals, and work with cross-functional partners and leaders across the organization
- Drive roadmapping and prioritization for technical initiatives across the team's domain of Cost and Schedule
- Collaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the long-term strategy
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and changes by effectively optimizing scope, schedule and resources accordingly
- Convey a data-driven story to technical and non-technical audiences around key business insights, in collaboration with key cross-functional partners
- Apply your in-depth subject-matter knowledge in the utilization of data to inform and influence key business decisions for the global data center organization
- Define and analyze key metrics to manage program health, mitigate risks, demonstrate impact and enable continuous improvement
- Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
