- Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
- Mentoring and coaching of other PMs & Product Area Leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven communication and XFN alignment skills
- Experience building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within an ambiguous domain.
- Experience in strategic product thinking to understand product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
- Demonstrate analytical skills. Experience with A/B testing, defining KPIs, understanding with data and data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Machine Learning, Large Language Models
- Background in mobile app development
