Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiting Partner to join Metabolon’s Human Resources (HR) team. This role offers the opportunity to drive the recruitment of top talent in a wide variety of functions. This role will be a key partner to hiring managers, HRBPs, and candidates, leading the full recruitment life cycle independently as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the process. This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesday-Thursday) and local to the RTP, NC area, reporting to the Director, Global HR.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple business functions
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Source candidates through creative, cost-effective methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking (direct and indirect), and referrals
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews, assess qualifications, and present top candidate profiles and recommendation details to hiring managers. Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience, serving as a key point of contact for all stakeholders
- Leverage iCIMS and other recruitment tools to streamline processes, automate where possible, and track progress
- Maintain a focus on filling roles with high-quality candidates within established metrics, consistently meeting recruitment goals
- Proactively identify challenges in the recruitment process and raise them early, bringing solutions to drive continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Provide timely and accurate recruitment reporting and metrics to leadership
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and employer branding efforts
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proven track record in biotech sales recruitment, with strong generalist experience across other functions (e.g. G&A, operations, R&D, marketing, tech and bioinformatics)
- Expertise in leveraging ATS (iCIMS preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) to support recruitment activities, reporting, and communication
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the broader HR team
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Track record of demonstrating a bias to action to fill roles by time-to-fill targets
