Customer Engagement Analyst

Description

The Customer Engagement Analyst is responsible for tracking and inputting sales and purchase orders, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Essential Duties, Functions, And Responsibilities:

•  Input sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently into Company systems.
• · Field customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, and provide timely and effective solutions.
• · Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• · Continuously improve customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• · Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures.
• · Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order information.
• · Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• · Comply with company policies and procedures.
• · Perform other duties as assigned.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

· A college degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.

· A minimum of two years of customer service support experience is required.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and order management systems.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.

· The ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
