Metaguest Hotel Partnerships - Territory Manager

Metaguest is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Hotel Partnerships Team as a Territory Manager! As a part of the Metaguest Team, you'll play a key role in building and nurturing valuable connections with our hotel partners that drive the success of our groundbreaking AI products.
This is a hybrid position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. In addition to regular in-office responsibilities, the role requires semi-monthly travel to cities across the country to meet with hotel partners, provide on-site support, and strengthen relationships.
Compensation:
- Salary starting at $55,000-75,000 USD based on experience and qualifications.
- All travel and other related expenses paid.
What You'll Be Doing:
Travel & On-Site Visits
- Spend significant time traveling semi-monthly to visit partner hotels in key cities and markets, providing in-person support and fostering relationships.
- Conduct on-site audits to ensure Metaguest’s solutions are being utilized effectively and identify areas for improvement.
Hotel Partner Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary contact for partnered hotels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely solutions.
- Manage collateral orders, replacements, and ensure hotels have the resources they need to succeed with Metaguest products.
- Assist with payment and revenue-related inquiries, ensuring smooth processes and timely resolutions.
Training and Education
- Provide onboarding training to new hotel partners, ensuring they understand and can fully utilize Metaguest’s platform.
- Share updates about new features, tools, and best practices to keep partners engaged and informed.
Retention and Merchandising
- Collaborate with hotel partners to enhance guest engagement through tailored merchandising strategies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, driving retention and maximizing partnership value.
- Monitor guest engagement metrics and share actionable insights with hotel partners to improve performance.
Ongoing Performance Management
- Regularly review partnership success through data insights, including guest engagement and usage metrics.
- Recommend improvements and initiatives to optimize the partner’s use of Metaguest’s offerings.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to highlight ROI, guest engagement results, and opportunities for growth.

Nice-to-haves:
- 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, hospitality, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry.
