Guest Specialist
REPORTS TO:General Manager/MOD (Manager on Duty)
REQUIRED TRAINING/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Retail or restaurant experience preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Able to stand for 9 hours Able to lift at least 25 pounds Good hearing and good listening skills Command of the English language Basic computer/POS usage skills Basic math skills Must be focused on GUEST’s needs
The Guest Specialist plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION: To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager/Assistant Manager on time & in full uniform for each shift. Obtain Manager’s approval prior to punching out.
- Must be focused on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH service experience.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH food and beverage offerings.
- Educate GUESTS about what MOOYAH is and how the concept and food originated.
- Perform opening set up, running side work and closing duties.
- Be able to establish relationships with GUESTS and promote loyalty.
- Serve GUESTS according to established procedures and our unique style of service.
- Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAH service.
- Enter GUEST orders accurately, operate the POS system, & efficiently process payments.
- Accurately execute the cash handling and check out procedures.
- Maintain safety & sanitation.
- Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
- Avoid leaving work area during peak periods.
- Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS. Has a good understanding and plays and active role in Guest Obsession.
