Clerical in Office Position

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• There is a heavy emphasis on learning software that will enable you to design and estimate a cut list for roofing and walls. A good understanding of construction along with strong math and design skills will be helpful in being successful in this position.
• Construction experience would be helpful. For instance, knowing building concepts and terminology like what a valley, end wall, fascia, ridge cap, etc. are and how they are installed would give the applicant a jump start.
• It is important to have a good attitude and be able to project that pleasant attitude through the phone and in-person with customers at all times.
• There are daily MS Excel spreadsheets to create and maintain as well as occasionally needing to create and edit MS Word documents.
• Applicant should have strong typing, good math and established organization skills.
• The position is an entry level job that if you have the proper skills we will teach you the technical The job is an in-office Monday thru Friday day shift located in Gravette, AR.
