What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Assembly / Warehouse Laborer position at Metal Fabrication?
Currently hiring a Part-Time Assembly position.
Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Final Assembly & Quality Checks of Products
- Organize the Flow of Production Efficiently
- Load and Unload Lasers
- Operate Machinery
- Maintain a safe work place
- Set Up Lasers
Expectations / Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Knowledge of production work in a manufacturing environment
- Trusted to work alone or a team player in a team environment
- Knowledge of Metals and other various materials
- Ability to drive a forklift or the willingness to learn.
- Capable of using small tools safely, troubleshoot and understand / read blueprints
- Be on time, positive, driving and enjoy working is a fast paced environment
- Have the ability to communicate effectively and take constructive criticism
- Expected to ask questions if unsure about a procedure
- Knowledge of nesting software & G-Code helpful
Schedule:
- Training Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Upon completion of training, the Regular Shift will be: Monday - Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Wage:
- Hourly Starting at $19.50
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
