Sales Professional Metal Fabrication (commission based pay)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities for our CNC plasma cutting and custom fabrication services. This is a commission-based position, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and growing their income based on performance.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting businesses, networking with potential clients, and securing orders for custom-cut metal parts and weldments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including manufacturing companies, construction firms, automotive shops, and other businesses needing metal fabrication.
• Present and explain our CNC plasma cutting and custom fabrication services, highlighting quality, precision, and cost benefits.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new customers while fostering long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales that are profitable and beneficial for both parties.
• Provide accurate quotes and relay job details to the production team.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial services.
• Knowledge of CNC plasma cutting, welding, and metal fabrication (or a willingness to learn).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits to potential clients.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive consistent business growth.

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
• Bonuses or incentives for exceeding sales targets may be available.
