Overview
Metal Finishing Group, Inc. is a growing metal finishing facility, and we are looking for dedicated workers for our production and processing lines. Workers inspect and rack fabricated metal parts for processing and must keep up in a fast-paced, physically demanding and repetitive work environment.
Full-time positions available. No experience required. Opportunities for advancement. MFG verifies all I-9 documentation for identity and employment eligibility.

Responsibilities
- Unpacking, counting, inspecting, and re-packaging all parts
- Reading and interpreting job orders and customer requirements
- Racking parts according to instructions, efficiently and with care.
- Sanding, polishing, and graining parts according to instructions.
- Tracking job orders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, organized
- Attention to detail and safety
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Able and willing to be cross-trained in different areas of production
- Basic math skills (counts, measurements)
- Use of hand tools
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
