Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and quality control
- Develop and implement production schedules and processes to meet deadlines
- Manage and coordinate with field staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and staff
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
