Job Title : Program Manager
Reports to : VP Engineering and Program Management
Position supports all MPP locations
Individual can be located at any site
The Program Manager is responsible for planning and managing all group related program management deliverables. The PM will track and communicate progress on deliverables and new developments to Internal / External Customers, Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Operations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactive daily program management through the program life cycle
Planning the overall program; monitors and reports on progress; risk and issue tracking
Financial tracking and reconciliation of all budgets and targets
Managing stakeholder reporting
Managing all related tooling and equipment delivery in support of program timing
Generate and manage capital expenditures account and ensure programs are in line with budget
Abide by all MPP policies regarding EEO, Safety, and Quality.
Travel up to 20% of work time between MPP and customer facilities.
All other duties as assigned by manager

Education, Experience and Training
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or equivalent experience in related field
3 – 5 years of experience in product, project and / or program management using APQP or APQP principles
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including, but not limited to, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook..
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks on multiple projects with multiple people is a must.
Excellent communication and organizational skills at all levels with a focus on project management.
Working Environment and Conditions
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
This position requires working in an internal environment.
Travel and irregular work hours are periodically required.
