We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to spearhead business development efforts in Texas. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, bilingual in English and Spanish, and has a background in sales, preferably in construction or metal manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Follow-Up : Respond promptly and consistently to assigned leads, nurturing interest and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Cold Prospecting : Identify and contact potential clients using various methods to generate new leads within Texas.
- Presentations : Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services to potential clients, emphasizing competitive advantages.
- Quotation Management : Oversee project quotations by coordinating with engineering and production teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
- Relationship Development : Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- CRM Updates : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide progress reports on sales activities.
