Key Responsibilities :
- Client Growth & Lead Generation :
Drive sales by growing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Implement a strategic lead generation plan to secure new construction projects.Develop and foster new relationships within the EPC industry.Sales & Project Management :Market the company's capabilities and effectively close sales opportunities.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract execution.Prepare and submit construction bids, customer proposals, change orders, and weekly call reports on time.Industry Engagement & Marketing :Attend trade shows and industry events to represent the organization and build connections.
Network through cold calling, client referrals, and industry associates to generate new sales leads.Project Evaluation & Documentation :Inspect, scope, photograph, and estimate projects accurately.
Solicit project documents and ensure all relevant information is collected.Follow up on outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients.Travel Requirements :Travel is required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and manage project opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven sales experience in the EPC industry , with knowledge of steel fabrication and design engineering .Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to understand architectural specifications and construction design elements.Proficiency in preparing proposals, bids, and project-related documentation.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Job Details :
