What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machinist Trainee position at Metal Services?
Duties:
All shop duties including material handling and prep work and other duties required to complete tasks.
Train on manual and CNC machines, and how to use precision measuring tools.
Learn how to setup and maintain machines for quality and accuracy while achieving production goals.
Learn how to interpret and read drawings and how to maintain machinery and shop equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn is preferable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
