We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help us grow our business and deliver exceptional projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the metal erection sector.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Accurate Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for metal erection projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project success.
- Proposal Presentation: Present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and estimation within the construction industry, specifically metal erection.
