Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Handle floor care including buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Conduct commercial and residential painting when required
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial and industrial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing
- Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks effectively
- Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus
- Familiarity with porter duties to maintain building cleanliness
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.07 - $16.85 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
