Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to assist the Owner of Metalcraft with projects on his property.
Looking for a handyman that can assist on projects at farm and forest camp. This person needs to be skilled and know how to use small tools and some larger equipment. This person will be working with a small team and needs to be able to follow directions as well as work independently. This person will need to be flexible while working (ie. able to pivot to new tasks as requested). A plus would be if this person understands technology and can program Garmin tracking devices. The perfect candidate can do all the above and assist the property owner on hunting trips.
Requirements:
Skilled in carpentry and use of hand tools
Able to take directives
Must be trustworthy, able to work independently
Knowing how to operate small machinery is a plus
Knowing how to program animal program/equipment is plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Handyman: 6 years (Required)
