Title: Project Coordinator
The Mining Equipment Project Coordinator is a key executive leadership role for overseeing and optimizing all operational activities within the facility. The person selected for this position with be tasked with leading team leaders and employees to ensure efficient production processes, cost effectiveness, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This position requires strategic thinking, strong decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of our remanufacturing, fabricating processes and operations to drive the facility towards reaching its goals and objectives.
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the facilities strategic plan, in line with the company’s overall objectives. Identify opportunities for growth, process improvement, and cost optimization.
2. Production Management: Oversee all aspects of the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery, ensuring on-time and efficient production process while maintain the highest quality standards.
3. Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation, including mining equipment, manpower, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
4. Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry and customer standards.
5. Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with all aspects of the logistics process to manage the supply chain effectively, ensuring timely delivery and components required for production.
6. Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and work towards minimizing operational expenses without compromising on product quality of safety.
7. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing safety protocols and compliance with current regulations.
8. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the operations team, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
9. Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs to track the facility’s operational performance and regular report to Senior Management.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate with customers, purchasing, finance, Senior Management and others to ensure smooth communication and coordination between various functions.
Qualifications and skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
· Experience in remanufacturing operations with proven track record of driving operational excellence
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate personnel to achieve common goals.
· Budgeting and cost control acumen.
· Ability to thrive in fast paced and dynamic remanufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
