Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Project Manager
Hello All
We are in search of a PEMB Project Manager. They will oversee and coordinate all aspects of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role requires extensive experience in PEMB, including managing quotations, purchase orders, and work orders, while effectively collaborating with internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage low, medium, and high-complexity technical projects, owning their complete execution from inception to completion.
- Accurately process orders, quotations, and inquiries from builders, including clarifying requirements, communicating details, and expediting orders in alignment with company policies.
- Communicate project timelines, drawing schedules, and shipping schedules with customers and builders.
- Verify that pricing received accurately reflects the scope of work as outlined in purchase orders.
- Promptly respond to customer, builder, and District Sales Manager inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Analyze and discuss cost and scheduling impacts of potential change orders with customers and builders, ensuring prompt notification to other departments.
- Price and process change orders promptly while maintaining or improving profit margins.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.
- Continuously enhance understanding of PEMB products, procedures, and industry standards, improving the ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Partner creatively with personnel across departments to deliver exceptional service levels and meet customer needs.
