Mission : As an Engineering Intern at Metalsa, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside Controls and Reliability Engineers. This role provides exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll assist in improving processes, supporting various engineering functions, and contributing to special initiatives that drive productivity and innovation.
Position Title : Engineering Intern
Key Responsibilities :
- Support systems and process controls by managing documentation of projects and standard work instructions.
- Assist the maintenance team with productivity improvements and special projects to enhance operations.
- Support the team with tasks like quoting, implementing, and launching processes, while providing shop floor assistance.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed, with duties evolving as the department's needs change.
