Branch Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our branch operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires strategic planning and the ability to drive profit and loss management while fostering a positive work environment. The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, improving processes, and ensuring the branch meets its operational goals.

Duties

• Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee profit and loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Supervise branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among branch employees.
• Manage business development initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate project management activities related to branch operations and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
• Experience in profit loss management and financial oversight.
• Strategic thinker with excellent planning skills.
• Background in business development with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Proficient in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,502.00 - $100,000.00 per year
