METALTEC is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside a friendly and hardworking team to fabricate HVAC ductwork and fittings from various sheet metal materials. Metal fabrication experience is preferred but not required. All applicants must be able to pass a drug screening.

WAGES: $17-25 starting, depending on experience. Wage increases are awarded for demonstrating reliability, strong work ethic, leadership ability, and for gaining proficiency in the various processes and machines used to fabricate METALTEC products.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fabricate sheet metal items using various techniques, such as spot welding, cutting, forming, and bending metal
Troubleshoot issues with the sheet metal or tools and equipment. You may occasionally be asked to deliver products to local customers (no CDL required).
Follow OSHA safety guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
Teachable Attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to be on feet and moving for extended periods of time
Sheet Metal Fabrication experience not required but is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
