Program furnace controls.
- Operate all heat treat furnaces and equipment.
- Complete all required systems accuracy testing.
- Maintain accurate department records.
- Organize and direct activities on the shift.
- Train others as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and various audit/survey duties as needed.
Heat treating experience and knowledge of materials and heat treating methods.
- Able to obtain a forklift operator's license.
- Able to operate stacker crane.
- Strong mechanical and leadership aptitude.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
